Qi Iced Tea Mojito

Iced Tea Mojito

  • 1 tea bag Qi Green Jasmine Tea
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1/2 lime (cut in two)
  • 8 leaves mint


Step 1: Place the tea bag in a cup. Pour in half cup of hot water. Leave to steep for at least 5 min (the longer the tea steeps, the stronger the flavour). Press and discard the tea bag. Cool. Place the lime and mint leaves in a glass and muddle.

Step 2: For the simple syrup combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in a sauce pan. Bring to boil, stirring, till sugar has dissolved. Let cool. Drop 4 ice cubes into a glass. Pour in the tea and 2 tbp simple syrup. Stir.
